I hereby state that I have read a copy of the lease agreement for staying at the Crafter’s Sanctuary & understand that I/we release Ivars & Stephanie Linde from any & all liability/responsibility if I/we get injured in any way while staying at the Crafter’s Sanctuary. I understand that in order to be a guest or a tenant (coordinator that sets up the reservation), I need to have this release on file with the Lindes. If I do not sign this release, I am not allowed on the property. 

By signing this, I am stating that I have personal, medical or other insurance that would cover me in the case of an accident or injury on this property. I also attest to the fact that I am physically fit & capable of handling all the many things I may encounter while there, including but not limited to the following: Full flights of stairs, steps, ramps, sidewalks, patios, planters, decorative rocks & features, parking lot, rugs, indoor & outdoor furniture, elevated beds etc - some of which are uneven, loose or rough which could be tripping hazards to those using them. We also have sharp cutting objects, kitchen equipment & bathrooms with potentially slippery tile. 

If you are not absolutely sure of your physical ability to handle these things, please reconsider whether or not it’s a good fit for you. Everyone that comes to this retreat must sign this form & is therefore stating that they take responsibility for themselves & any injuries they may sustain. In signing this, you are releasing the Lindes from any responsibility or liability of any kind. You are agreeing to not file any insurance or legal claim against them for any reason. This release will remain intact & on file with the Lindes.
